Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, currently has fixed assets of over 500 million yuan. The parent company, Dalian Sunshine Boiler Auxiliary Machine Co., Ltd., was established in 1998 and is located in the Yaojia Industrial Zone, Nanguanling Town, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City. The production base is located in the important industrial city of Wafangdian, covering an area of over 300,000 square meters, with more than 800 employees, including 100 R&D technical personnel. By using a sieve to layer coal by particle size (large particles in the bottom layer, medium particles in the middle layer, fine particles in the top layer), a loose coal layer structure is formed, greatly reducing ventilation resistance, improving air permeability uniformity, and avoiding "fire mouth" and uneven combustion phenomena.
After the coal layer is layered, the combustion synchronization is enhanced, and the thermal intensity of the firebed is increased.

When cooperating with the layered coal bunker, it achieves a regular arrangement of "lower coal lumps, upper coal surface" on the grate surface, with consistent ventilation resistance and significantly improved combustion synchronization.
Structural Innovation
The integrated design (such as "Mixed Coal Layering Integrated Machine") coordinates the amount of mixed coal and layered coal, avoiding the problem of uneven coal layer thickness caused by mismatched coal transport amounts in traditional separate equipment.
The through-shaft technology reduces bearing wear risk and supports stable operation of large tonnage boilers (such as 165t/h).
Ease of Operation: Integrated equipment reduces maintenance complexity, such as the segmented design of the mixed coal auger to avoid overload damage.
