Wafangdian Stoker Factory delivers 10-ton small-scale scale-type stokers from the boiler grate outlet.

Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and currently boasts fixed assets exceeding 500 million yuan. The company’s parent firm, Dalian Sunshine Boiler Auxiliary Equipment Co., Ltd., was founded in 1998 and is located in the Yaojia Industrial Zone, Nanguanling Town, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City. It stands as one of China’s leading manufacturers of boiler auxiliary equipment.


The production base is located in Wafangdian City, a key industrial hub in China, covering an area of over 300,000 square meters. It currently employs more than 800 workers, including 100 R&D and technical personnel. The facility boasts over 600 pieces of primary production and testing equipment, supported by five major production workshops specializing in mechanical processing, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly—each equipped with comprehensive machining tools and advanced inspection systems. The company has introduced two Danish Disha casting production lines, complemented by four sets of high-tonnage electric furnace melting and heating systems, along with state-of-the-art on-site temperature measurement and analytical testing equipment. Annually, the company can supply over 10,000 sets of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly furnace grates to both domestic and international markets, while also producing 200,000 tons of various heat-resistant and standard furnace grate components.
