The crossbeam grate is a new type of crossbeam grate with oblique air outlet applied to the crossbeam grate. This grate is different from the vertical upward air outlet direction of the existing grate. The air outlet direction of the ventilation holes of the oblique air outlet crossbeam grate is at an angle to the vertical direction. The horizontal component velocity of the grate ventilation when leaving the grate is conducive to the horizontal diffusion of ventilation in the coal seam and the mixing effect of coal and air, while also reducing the amount of coal leakage from the grate. Scope of application, the crossbeam chain grate is a mechanized, compact and technologically advanced layer-burning equipment. The crossbeam grate is suitable for boilers with an evaporation capacity of 20~40t/h or even larger.
