On September 10, a delegation from India's largest boiler manufacturer arrived at Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd. to conduct an in-depth inspection and technical exchange on products such as cross-beam grates, reciprocating grates, and scale grates, while also expressing their strong interest in establishing a long-term cooperative partnership. Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is headquartered in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. The company specializes in the general equipment manufacturing industry. With a registered capital of 20 million RMB, it boasts strong technical capabilities and extensive production experience. Located in Wafangdian City, the company’s production base spans over 300,000 square meters and is equipped with more than 600 advanced production and testing machines, covering five major production workshops: machining, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly. During this visit, the delegation from the Indian Boiler Factory gained a detailed understanding of Dalian Huiying Machinery's range of grate products. Among the company's flagship offerings is the crossbeam grate, which features an oblique air-outlet design. The ventilation holes are angled at a specific degree relative to the vertical direction, enabling more effective horizontal air diffusion within the coal bed. This innovative design significantly enhances the mixing efficiency between coal and air, while also minimizing coal spillage. Additionally, the reciprocating grate is specifically engineered for biomass boilers and waste incineration systems. By utilizing the back-and-forth motion of movable grate bars against stationary ones, the fuel is continuously tumbled and mixed, making it highly adaptable to fuels of varying quality and ensuring exceptionally high combustion efficiency. Lastly, the scale grate stands out due to its unique overlapping design, which effectively reduces coal leakage and delivers consistently smooth and reliable operation. As a result, it has become a popular choice for a wide range of industrial boilers.
