Job openings:
1. Welders—10 positions, male applicants only; no educational requirements; age range: 20–55 years old; monthly salary around 8,000 yuan. The job involves welding the exterior of furnace grates. Applicants must be proficient in using oxy-acetylene welding and solid-wire welding, with no carbon damage allowed; most work will involve welding thin plates. Preference will be given to candidates who can read blueprints and have practical experience in this industry.
2. Lathe operators, 2 positions, male, no educational requirement, aged 20–50, monthly salary around 7,000–8,000 yuan, with practical work experience.
3. Milling machine operator, 1 position. No educational requirement; applicant must be under 55 years old and have practical work experience. Monthly salary: approximately 8,000 yuan.
4. One rocker-arm drill operator, no educational requirement; age under 55; daily wage of 220 yuan; experienced worker.
5. One crane operator—no educational requirements, under 48 years old, with a daily wage of around 200 yuan. Specific details to be discussed during the interview. The position involves working inside the riveting and welding workshop, assisting workers with production, loading and unloading products, and other lifting tasks. Applicants must be diligent and meticulous, and hold a valid crane operator’s license.
6. One cutting worker, male, in good health, capable of performing simple tasks and eager to learn; daily wage: 170 yuan. The worker will cut iron plates according to the dimensions shown on the drawings.
7. One Assistant to the Factory Director, with an associate’s degree or higher; male applicant preferred. Specific compensation details to be discussed during the interview. The role involves assisting the Factory Director in daily operations.
8. Two workers for the casting workshop—no work experience required; the job is simple and easy to do. Monthly salary is around 6,000 yuan.
9. 3 assembly workers—no work experience required, easy to learn and train. Responsible for assembling the internal components of the furnace grate. Candidates must be aged 55 or younger. Daily wage: 170 yuan.
